The Council of Prairie and Pacific University Libraries (COPPUL) is a consortium of 20 university libraries located in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Member libraries cooperate to enhance information services through resource sharing, collective purchasing, document delivery, and many other similar activities. COPPUL's vision is to be a cohesive and collaborative organization which provides leadership in the development of solutions that meet the academic information resource needs of its member institutions.
